Richard Fleischman

President and CEO

Richard is President of Richard Fleischman & Associates (RFA). He and his team of IT experts serve as their client's trusted technology advisor and provide all-inclusive technology and business continuity services to more than 400 hedge funds and financial service organizations in the alternative asset space. Prior to founding RFA in 1990, Richard was a one-man consulting firm and worked with several financial service clients. As the demand for his level of service increased, RFA was launched.

Trained in computer programming, Richard began his career in the early 1980s working with mainframe computer systems. He then advanced to managing international telecommunications networks for Salomon Brothers and then became involved in early computer networking. Richard earned his Novell Certification and was later one of the first Microsoft-Certified professionals in the New York City area. Nine years ago, he saw the need for high-level IT service and support in the financial community and expanded into the hedge fund vertical.

Yohan Kim

COO - Chief Operating Officer
Yohan has been with the RFA team since 2005. As COO, he ensures that the vision of the firm is supported with a proper foundation of controls and strategy. Yohan is also responsible for overseeing Support Services, Business Development, Marketing, Software Development, Logistics and Purchasing departments.  Prior to his current role, he served as the Systems Engineer for several top hedge funds and proceeded to manage the Systems Engineering and Service Desk teams.  Yohan has over 15 years of IT experience in the financial industry and holds a B.S. in Technology and Computer Forensics from the Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems at Pace University.


Ravi Atluri

CPO - Chief Program Officer

As Chief Program Officer for RFA, Ravi supervises the team of project managers, designs LAN rooms and coordinates key details with architects, engineers and clients. A member of the team since 1999, during his tenure he has worked extensively in the areas of exchange server setups, market data applications, and desktop support and network administration in addition to project management.

Previous to his post at RFA, Ravi worked for an engineering consulting firm managing their IT department.


Michael Asher

CIO - Chief Information Officer

Michael joined Richard Fleischman & Associates in 2005. As Chief Information Officer, he is instrumental to the strategic direction of the firm and development of IT policies for the firm and clients. Michael designs and oversees implementation of information standards and processes for Managed Services product offerings, including the RFA Cloud Platform, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Services. Additionally, Michael is responsible for internal and external compliance as well as oversight of the RFA Data Center services and surrounding controls. Prior to his current position, Michael served in multiple information technology management roles including data center management for a New York telecom startup.

Trained in computer programming, with the emphasis information assurance and security, Michael has over 14 years of experience in the IT industry and holds a Masters Degree from Polytechnic Institute of New York University.

Grigoriy Milis

CTO - Chief Technology Officer

As CTO, Grigoriy is a 16-year IT veteran with more than 13 years of experience working in the financial industry.  He is responsible for managing all aspects of infrastructure design and leads the R&D team in the evaluation and testing of new technologies. Grigoriy also manages the Systems Architecture team that handles high-level escalations from all technical departments.

Prior to joining RFA, Grigoriy worked for Thomson Financial. He holds master's degree in Computer Science and numerous industry certifications from Microsoft and EMC.

Cassandra Guttman

CFO - Chief Financial Officer

Cassandra joined RFA in 2007. As CFO, she oversees all aspects of the company’s finance department functions including financial strategy, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll. Before joining RFA, Cassandra managed the finance department of an international non-for-profit organization. Her professional strengths include streamlining processes and implementing efficient financial reporting systems. She holds a B.S. in Finance from SUNY New Paltz and an M.S. in Accounting from Pace University.

Daniel G. Bartucci

Director and Head of Sales and Business Development

Daniel Bartucci serves as the Director of Business and Client Development. In this function, Dan is responsible for new business, partnerships, outreach, and client relationship management. His key focus is on expanding RFA's twenty-year history of providing outstanding service and industry leading technologies. Dan's professional career encompasses over fifteen years in financial services and trading. Dan’s technical background spans from infrastructure and connectivity to front and back office systems. Prior to joining RFA, Dan was the Managing Director and Americas Head of Institutional Sales for NYSE Technologies. Dan served NYSE Technologies in leading both a sales and strategy team providing connectivity, cloud, and market data solutions for buy side firms. Dan has also enjoyed a ten year career with ITG, last serving as Director and Global Sales/Product manager for its block crossing system; POSIT Alert.
