Backstop Issue
Backstop has confirmed they are having issues with multiple clients. Backstop is losing authorization to access the Calendar on Exchange servers. Developers are currently working on resolving the issue, there is no estimated time of repair.
Update: Backstop has confirmed the follow: The 401: Unauthorized Error that you are receiving when trying to view the calendar is currently logged with the developers. This issue has been reported by a few other clients, and until our developers are able to investigate and detect the cause of the issue, no changes are required on your side.
NEW UPDATE: Backstop has stated the developers are actively looking into the issue. They do not have a root cause as of yet. Backstop has mentioned they will not have an ETA of the resolution until next week. They will contact RFA with any updates on this issue.
