Massachusetts Emergency Management says Sandy could make landfall somewhere between Maine and Virginia, bringing with it heavy rain, flooding, high winds and widespread power outages. RFA is keeping informed of the forecast provided by NOAA on Hurricane SANDY currently a category 2. Our facilities are prepared for the possibility of any weather related emergencies.
