This exploit seems to be originating from an e-mail attachment that is disguised as a message from a bank that will cause shared drives to seem like they disappeared. The drives have not actually vanished but are only being hidden. We have identified the troubleshooting steps to work around the issue until Symantec releases a patch to intercept this malware.
