Please be advised that as of 7:00pm this evening, RIM is experiencing a North American outage which affects all carriers. The outage is currently affecting all emails, BB messenger, and PIN messages.
There is cuurently no ETA on a resolution from RIM. RFA is following up with them every 30 minutes until the problem has been resolved.
