IT Support Engineer III/Jr Server Admin - Boston

Richard Fleischman and Associates, a growing IT consulting firm with large financial services client base is seeking experienced Field Technicians in our Boston, MA office. Qualified candidates must have the ability to resolve network issues both remotely and at client site.

2-5 years of professional IT support experience with hands-on networking experience required. Candidates must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work within a team environment. Excellent listening and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a focused manner.

**This position will require you to have reliable transportation travelling to the Boston Proper area. Mileage reimbursement for travelling to client sites.

Requirements:

PC hardware/software and networking knowledge a must.

All Windows operations - 2003 Server, MS Exchange, VPN's, Corp Antivirus, Networking, Active Directory, MS Office, Outlook and Blackberry (or other wireless email) support.

Desired requirements: firewall experience, video conferencing, back-ups, and data replication experience Any experience with related applications such as Bridge Station, Bloomberg, and Reuters or Disaster Recovery is a plus.
