AI is not a feature anymore, but a fundamental shift in how work gets done: how fast problems get caught, how quickly they get resolved, and how much judgment a small team can exercise over a large, complex environment. Every industry is being remade by it. Financial services, with its regulatory weight and low tolerance for downtime, will be no exception. The firms that adopt AI safely and early will operate at a different speed than the ones that wait.
RFA has spent almost 40 years sitting at exactly that inflection point for our clients.
For nearly four decades, RFA has helped some of the world's most demanding financial institutions adopt new technology: the shift to the cloud, the tightening of cybersecurity, and constantly changing compliance regimes. Each time, our job has been the same: bring the new capability in, wrap it in the controls a regulated firm needs, and make it boring and reliable for the people who depend on it. AI is the next one, and it's the biggest one yet.
None of this would have been possible without our partnership with Titan, which we formed a year ago specifically to bring frontier AI engineering into a regulated services environment. Titan's team, made up of AI and security engineers from companies like Google, Meta, Twitter, Two Sigma, and others paired with RFA's decades of financial-services delivery experience, is what made it possible.
Over the past year, together with Titan, we've invested heavily in building an AI layer that now sits underneath everything RFA delivers: IT services, security, cloud, compliance, and development. Instead of treating AI as a chat window bolted onto old workflows, we rebuilt the workflows themselves: agents now gather diagnostics, correlate signals across systems, and propose resolutions with full context, while our engineers stay in the loop for judgment calls and escalation.
The impact on service quality has been significant. 99.2% client satisfaction on tickets, 98.4% response SLA attainment, 40% decreases in ticket volumes, and more.
We've also reimagined the client experience alongside this work. A new client portal brings service visibility, billing, ticketing, and security posture into one place. It's a meaningful upgrade, but it's in service of the bigger story: it's the window into an AI-driven service model.
Everything we've learned building and running this AI layer internally, we're now packaging into a Managed AI offering: a governed way for financial firms to adopt AI themselves, without taking on the compliance and security risk of doing it alone.
That includes:
To help bring this vision to life, we've brought together a leadership team from across the industry, backed by Titan and its AI platform:
Each brings more than two decades of experience building managed services organizations for financial firms, and has spent recent months embedded directly with RFA's engineers and clients shaping the decisions behind Managed AI.
Together, Titan and RFA are building what we believe is the future of managed services for financial firms: human expertise, augmented by AI, at a speed and consistency the industry hasn't been able to deliver at scale before.
