RFA Support for Microsoft Teams — Terms of Use

The terms governing use of the RFA Support app.

Last updated 10 September 2026

The service

RFA Support is a Microsoft Teams app operated by RFA Next-Gen Inc (“RFA”), 330 Madison Avenue, 29th Floor, New York, NY 10017. It lets users open and manage support tickets with RFA's service desk from inside Microsoft Teams. By installing or using the app you accept these terms.

Who may use it

The app provides support services to organizations under an RFA managed-services agreement, and use of those services is governed by that agreement and its Statement of Work. If those documents conflict with these terms, the agreement controls. Organizations without an RFA agreement may install the app, but RFA has no obligation to act on requests submitted through it; to become a client, contact us at rfa.com/contact.

Acceptable use

Use the app only to communicate with RFA's service desk. Do not use it to send unlawful content, to misrepresent your identity or organization, or to probe, disrupt, or overload the service.

Data

What the app collects and how it is handled is described in the RFA Support Privacy Statement. For RFA clients, data handling obligations in the applicable agreement also apply.

Availability and changes

The app is provided “as is”. RFA may modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time. Service commitments, including response targets, exist only in a client's agreement, not in these terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RFA disclaims all warranties for the app itself and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use. For RFA clients, the limitations of liability in the applicable agreement govern the underlying services.
